Conceptualizing a correct and relevant Brand Strategy is the cornerstone for the success of a brand, and the BOD team understands the criticality of the exercise.
To devise an impactful Brand Strategy, it is important to recognize that it does not deviate from the Business Strategy and the Vision of an enterprise. Apart from the alignment between the two strategies, they should be able to complement each other perfectly.
A good measure to test the efficacy of a Brand Strategy is by asking the different stakeholders of an enterprise, what are the emotions that come to your mind when you think, see or experience your brand.
Our detailed, research oriented and structured approach towards conceptualization of a Brand Strategy spans across functions such as Brand Assessment (preliminary and post launch, at regular intervals), Brand Research, Brand Naming, Brand Architecture and Brand Positioning. Each of these functions is approached with a methodological approach by the Brand Strategy Team which works closely with the BOD Design & Research Team.
