Fairwood was operating more than 20 companies globally but was lacking a unified identity of a group across different geographic areas and cultures. The philosophy, beliefs and vision for a green sustainable world stayed limited to the top management and were not communicated effectively throughout the company. The business verticals of the group were also not clearly defined, which further created confused positioning of several group companies. A single thread connecting all of them was missing.
BoD did the rebranding for the entire group and its companies. The rebranding exercise started with clearly outlining the Fairwood’s brand strategy. The rebranding exercise not only united the Fairwood as a group but also helped in successfully communicating its diversity, size, business and sustainable thoughts to the world.
